I was scrolling Facebook the other day and saw a post from a fitness coach promising that they could help other coaches get clients and make sure they become clients for life! That didn’t sit well with me. At all. See, my goal as a coach isn’t to make you dependent on me…shelling out money for months and months. My goal as a coach is to TEACH you a new lifestyle.
